Shortlisted candidates are scheduled for interviews with employers to assess technical ability and role compatibility.
5. Candidate Guidance & Assurance
Selected candidates receive professional guidance, process clarification, and assurance throughout the recruitment stages.
6. Issue of Company Offer Letter
Employers issue official job offer letters to successful candidates outlining employment terms.
7. Employment Contract Agreement
The employment contract is reviewed, finalized, and signed between the employer and candidate.
8. Visa Approval Process
We coordinate and manage the work visa approval process in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Employment Work Permit Issuance
